Back at the Vil­lage, I went to open my last Ready to Eat Meal from Trader Joe’s when Rosa Anna asked me whether I wanted to share dinner with them. I’d seen her pre­paring it earlier, an amazing smelling ginger, garlic and cil­antro (cori­ander) con­coc­tion with cream and good­ness knows what else poured over bar­be­cued chicken and steamed rice. Although I was run­ning late for the Temple burn, I had to say yes. Again with the super­lat­ives, but it truly was one of the most divine dishes I’ve had out­side of a res­taurant (and pos­sibly inside of one for that matter).
